About Convergence 2010

‘Convergence 2010’ at The GRT Grand, Chennai is the brainchild of the inspired student community of SIBM Bangalore. This managerial summit focuses on knowledge-sharing for combined recovery. The theme ‘Looking back for clues to the future’ draws its inspiration from the recent economic debacle and attempts to share wisdom through discussions on experiences.

The business year 2009 - 10 has seen Indian Industry meet the challenges of recession. Certainly there were lessons to be relearnt by the captains of the Industry and ‘Convergence 2010’ brings them together to share the same. In addition, it explores the use of ‘Balanced Scorecard Concept’, which is being increasingly put to use in several domains beyond its conceptualized purpose and with success.

This summit boasts of a star-studded line up of speakers, and an equally powerful audience, all of whom would be together in this grand affair.
